Jun Kawagome To Helm New Cyborg 009 Anime Series

Good news for Cyborg 009 fans, Mazinkaiser SKL's Jun Kawagome will be helming the new Cyborg 009 anime project.

The big news was announced at the late Shotaro Ishinomori's website and this project will celebrate Cyborg 009's 50th anniversary when the manga was first serialized in 1964 and the website also gave a preview of the series' visual.

Jun Kawagome was responsible from bringing us the 52 episode anime series, Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier.
