Heads-up Kamen Rider fans, news is that another Heisei Kamen Rider will be leading the Shocker army in Kamen Rider 4 special just like Kadoya Tsukasa/Kamen Rider Decade. Just a little warning, spoilers up ahead after the break. Read at your own risk.
And yes, our new candidate for Shocker army leader is none other than Takumi Inui a.k.a Kamen Rider Faiz. And this time, he will transform into faiz using a Signal Bike Faiz.
Plus, this Takumi is different from the original guy that we all know due to the Shocker army's history manipulating ways from the Super Hero Taisen GP movie.
